Graduated in Law, cum laude, at the University of Pavia in 1996.

He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1999, and qualified to plead before the Italian Supreme Court.

He holds a Masters in Labour Law and participates in professional training courses, conferences and seminars.

He was appointed as member of the Ethics Committee ad SELDIA – The European Direct Selling Association.

He is a member of EELA – European Employment Lawyers Association, and of the Alumni Association the Almo Collegio Borromeo of Pavia.

He is the author of several publications and speaker at conferences and seminars in various areas of law.

He speaks Italian and English.
